It is August and the weather, as is usually the case in August, was not that great. I had to bid a sad farewell to our allotment, as I just could not devote enough time to it and the weeds are now up to our waists! So Teresa and I cleared out the shed and dug up what potatoes we had in the ground.
On Friday, payday, I took the kids to Oxford and we had an enjoyable day. We ate some delicious fudge from Fudge Kitchen and had a picnic in Christchurch Meadows.
